iPhone
Your iPhone is way more than just a phone. You knew that, but perhaps this is an area where you don’t really know where to begin. For basic users, I can provide a short list of skills for you to learn that are important for everyone to know, or, if you prefer, we can just sit down with your own list of questions. Either way, we’ll move at your pace to get you confident in the skills you need and want to have with your iPhone.
Intermediate users may have fewer questions, but I bet your iCloud/Google sync settings could use a little tweaking. It happens to the best of us, but I find that many, if not most, people could use a little help in getting their iPhone settings in order. I’ll demystify the cloud for you, and get settings and apps on your iPhone straightened out to work the way they should.
iPad
I’m sure you know that your iPad can do so much more than check email and surf the Web. Perhaps you like to read books, paint pictures, make little movies, learn a language, use Facebook, discover new recipes, shop online, listen to music/podcasts, organize photos, watch movies… Yes, you guessed it, there IS, an app for that!
Whatever you enjoy doing, your iPad can probably contribute something new and unique to your hobby. I’m ready to help you get the most from your very capable iPad. I can meet with you one on one in your home or at the coffee shop, or I offer classes as well if you prefer.
Mac
You’ve got this Mac computer that is so powerful, but it can be a bit overwhelming. It’s hard to know what to ask if you don’t know what you don’t know–you know? I get that, and that’s why I can help suggest things to learn, I can answer your questions, or I can troubleshoot that one weird thing that keeps happening.
I can also help troubleshoot various issues related to your technology, including your router, printer, external hard drives, etc. So, whether you need to learn how to scan pictures, setup a new Mac and transfer data, install a new router or printer or backup drive…, I’m your guy! I’m your mobile Apple products expert.
